Meet Jon Boldireff.

Jon grew up as an active youth in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, competing in a variety of sports including basketball, baseball, hockey and tae kwon do. He continues to play basketball at the highest recreational level in Edmonton, squaring off against many ex-professional and national team players. Early on, he discovered that training your body and mind complements the activities you choose to pursue in life.

After graduating with honours from NAIT’s Personal Training program, Jon became a Certified Personal Trainer with both the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (CSEP) and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He is also a Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports medicine (NASM).

While attending NAIT, Jon worked as Student Athletic Therapist for the soccer, volleyball and badminton teams. The experience provided him with a deeper understanding of how to help athletes recover from injury.

Jon has the skill, knowledge and creativity to train anyone from clients wanting to improve their general fitness to athletes looking for increased performance. He is truly passionate about helping his clients lose weight, while teaching them to embrace health and wellness in their everyday lives.

“The pride I feel when seeing a client’s physical and emotional transformation is almost indescribable. I am very privileged to make a living by helping others become their very best.”
